Black Friday Office Chair Deals 2026: What to Watch

Black Friday falls on November 27, 2026. In 2025 Herman Miller’s own store took 25 percent off from November 14 to December 2, and Branch took about 15 percent off the Branch Ergonomic Chair and the Pro with the code BFCM.

This guide covers ten chairs SeatedLab links, grouped by brand. The table lists each chair’s regular price, checked between August and October 2026, and the 2025 holiday offer from the store each link goes to. Sale prices replace the regular ones once a retailer posts its 2026 sale on its own site.

Quick Verdict

Wait for November if the chair is a new Herman Miller or a Branch. Both brands ran a dated offer at their own stores in 2025: 25 percent off at Herman Miller, applied automatically, and about 15 percent off at Branch with a code.

Buy today if the chair is a Steelcase Leap V2 or Gesture. Crandall Office sells both remanufactured for a little over half the new Amazon price, which is less than a new chair would cost even at 25 percent off.

Black Friday 2026 Dates

Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 26, 2026, Black Friday on Friday, November 27, and Cyber Monday on Monday, November 30. Store sales on office chairs have started before Black Friday itself. Herman Miller’s 2025 sale opened on Friday, November 14, two weeks ahead, and Branch’s code was already live by November 20, 2025, according to Tom’s Guide.

Amazon scheduled Prime Big Deal Days for October 6 and 7, 2026, for Prime members only. Prices offered only to Prime members are kept out of the table above and listed in the Prime section below.

What Each Brand Did in 2025

Herman Miller

25 Percent Off, Applied at Checkout

Herman Miller’s own store ran 25 percent off from Friday, November 14 to Tuesday, December 2, 2025, according to the Blacker Friday listing for the brand. The discount applied automatically with no code and could not be combined with other offers.

SeatedLab links the Aeron, Embody and Cosm to Herman Miller’s store because the 12-year warranty holds only on chairs bought from Herman Miller or an authorized reseller. Herman Miller has also discounted outside the holiday window: its store listed the Aeron at 25 percent off when checked on August 23, 2026.

For a new Aeron, Embody or Cosm, wait for Herman Miller’s November sale unless the store already shows a discount on the model you want.

Branch

A Code at Branch’s Own Store

Branch’s 2025 holiday code was BFCM. It took about 15 percent off both the Branch Ergonomic Chair and the Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro, according to Tom’s Guide on November 20, 2025 and TechRadar on November 25, 2025. Neither report gave a start or end date.

Branch offered the code at its own checkout, and the Branch link sits first for both chairs. Branch’s store also lists the standard chair below its Amazon price before any code is applied.

For either Branch chair, wait until Branch posts its 2026 code, then buy from Branch directly so the code applies.

Steelcase

Remanufactured Beats Waiting

SeatedLab links new Steelcase chairs on Amazon, so a new Leap V2, Gesture, Series 2 or Series 1 gets cheaper here only when the Amazon price drops.

Crandall Office sells the Leap V2 and the Gesture remanufactured for a little over half their new Amazon prices, with Crandall’s 12-year parts warranty for the original owner and free returns. A 25 percent cut on a new Leap V2 would still leave it well above Crandall’s remanufactured price. Crandall does not remanufacture the Series 1.

For a Leap V2 or Gesture, the remanufactured chair at Crandall is the better buy today. For a new Series 1 or Series 2, buy when the Amazon price suits you.

Secretlab

The Titan Evo Through Amazon

Secretlab’s own store ran a holiday sale that was live by November 13, 2024, according to PC Gamer, and its Canadian store ran a Black Friday sale until December 5, 2025, according to MobileSyrup. SeatedLab links the Titan Evo on Amazon, so the figure in the table is Amazon’s price.

For the Titan Evo, compare the Amazon price in the table with Secretlab’s store once November starts.

Prime-Member Prices

Prime membership required. Prices in this section are Amazon deals shown only to Prime members. The table above lists the price any Amazon shopper pays.

Amazon sometimes shows a lower price on a chair to Prime members only. When a Prime-only price appears on a chair in this guide, it goes here with the date it was seen, so it never mixes with the regular figures in the table. No Prime-only prices are listed for October 2026.

Checking a Deal Before You Buy

Compare any sale price with the regular price in the table, since a percentage off a raised list price can land close to the everyday figure. On Herman Miller chairs, buy from Herman Miller or an authorized reseller: the 12-year warranty does not cover chairs bought elsewhere, so a deeper discount from an unlisted seller can cost the warranty. On Branch, enter the code at Branch’s own checkout, where Branch offered it in 2025.

Final Verdict

Herman Miller and Branch are the two brands worth waiting for, because both ran a fixed percentage offer at their own stores in 2025. For a Leap V2 or Gesture, Crandall’s remanufactured chair already costs less than a new one would at 25 percent off.

Wait for November if…

You are buying a new Aeron, Embody or Cosm from Herman Miller, or either Branch chair from Branch, and your current chair can last until the sale starts.

Buy today if…

A remanufactured Leap V2 or Gesture from Crandall fits your needs, or your current chair is failing and you sit in it for hours a day.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do Black Friday office chair sales start?

In 2025, Herman Miller’s store sale started on November 14, two weeks before Black Friday, and Branch’s code was live by November 20. Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27, and the 2026 dates go in the table once each store posts them.

Does Herman Miller have a Black Friday sale?

Herman Miller’s own store took 25 percent off from November 14 to December 2, 2025, applied automatically at checkout. Buying from Herman Miller also keeps the 12-year warranty, which covers only chairs bought from Herman Miller or an authorized reseller.

What was Branch’s Black Friday code?

Branch’s 2025 code was BFCM, worth about 15 percent off the Branch Ergonomic Chair and the Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro. Branch offered the code at its own store, and the 2026 code goes in the table once Branch posts it.

Is a Black Friday Leap V2 a better buy than a remanufactured one?

Crandall’s remanufactured Leap V2 costs a little over half the new Amazon price, so even a 25 percent discount on a new Leap V2 would leave it more expensive. A new chair makes sense for a buyer who wants a specific configuration new in the box and the 12-year Steelcase warranty.

Is the Branch Ergonomic Chair a better Black Friday buy than the Steelcase Series 1?

If Branch repeats its 2025 code, the Branch Ergonomic Chair at Branch’s store will cost well under a new Series 1 on Amazon. The Series 1 carries a 400-pound rating and a 12-year warranty against the Branch chair’s 275 pounds and 7 years. The Branch vs Series 1 comparison covers the rest.

Are Prime-only prices included in the table?

No. The table lists the price any Amazon shopper pays. Prices Amazon shows only to Prime members go in the labeled Prime section, with the date each one was seen.

SeatedLab may earn a commission on purchases made through the retailer links on this page, at no extra cost to the buyer. This does not influence recommendations. See the full disclosure policy.
